P.D Bharatesh College of Nursing, Halaga, Belagavi Department of Community Health Nursing along with NSS Unit celebrated World Environment Day on 6th June 2022 to raise awareness about degrading environmental conditions and to encourage everyone to take positive environmental actions to create a better future for themselves. The theme for World Environment Day 2022 is “Only one Earth”. On this occasion tree plantation, drawing competition and quiz competition were conducted at Government Primary School, Sharamanatti, Belagavi under the guidance of Prof. Dr.Sangeeta A. Moreshwar, Principal, P.D Bharatesh College of Nursing, Halaga, Belagavi. Around 50 primary school students were benefited by this event. Prize distribution was done at the end of the programme.
